Cron Jobs

Some features requires the use of Cron Job (like Search Alerts). We only need one Cron Job entry that is executed every minute:

* * * * * php /path/to/artisan schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1

Note

Adding Cron Jobs entries vary across hosting providers and operating systems. Check with your hosting provider or system administrator if you do not know how or where to set this.

Using external services

For some people configuring a Cron Job may be not possible, in that case you can use external services like cron-job.org (free) or SetCronJob (paid).

Point the Cron Job to:

Note

I haven’t used none of the services mentioned.
